Liz Cheney endorsed Kamala Harris last Wednesday.

Former Republican congresswoman Liz Cheney said Wednesday she would endorse Kamala Harris for president, ending weeks of speculation about the extent to which the Republican family member and Trump critic would embrace the Democratic nomination.
Cheney, who co-chaired the House investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, attack and has been a fierce critic of President Trump, resulting in her loss in the 2022 Republican primary in Wyoming, made the announcement at an event at Duke University. In a video posted to the social media network X, she ended by talking about the “danger” that President Trump still poses to the country.
“I don't think there's any room to write in the candidate's name, especially in battleground states,” she said. “As a conservative, as someone who believes in and values the Constitution, I've thought deeply about this. Not only will I not be voting for Donald Trump, but I will be voting for Kamala Harris because of the danger that Donald Trump poses.”
Dick Cheney also voiced his support for Kamala Harris.
Former Vice President Dick Cheney said he plans to vote for Vice President Kamala Harris over former President Donald Trump, explaining that the decision has to do with Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
“In the 248-year history of our country, no one has posed a greater threat to our nation than Donald Trump. He tried to steal the last election, using lies and violence to remain in power after it was rejected by voters. He cannot be entrusted with power again,” Cheney, 83, said Friday in a widely reported statement.
He added, “As Americans, we each have an obligation to put country above partisanship and uphold our Constitution. That is why I will be voting for Vice President Kamala Harris.”
Donald Trump slammed them over this.
Trump called Dick Cheney a “RINO” and reminded everyone that Liz Cheney “was defeated by the largest margin in the history of a congressional election.”
Dick Cheney, along with his daughter, are irrelevant Republican Senators who lost by the largest margin in the history of congressional elections! They could not pardon Scooter Libby, who did so much for them (but was so wronged!). I did! He is the king of endless, pointless wars that are wasting lives and trillions of dollars, just like Comrade Kamala Harris. I am the President of Peace and I am the only one who can stop World War III! What Liz Cheney did with her Select Committee of Political Losers is unthinkable. She and the Select Committee deleted and destroyed all evidence and information. Gone. Much of it proved that Nancy Pelosi was in charge of the J6 and did not provide security. Cheney and others should be prosecuted for their actions, but Comrade Kamala is even worse!
