A farm in Bonduel, Wisconsin, is recalling two brands of eggs after a number of people became sick with a salmonella infection.
Milo's chicken farm remember Some of the company's eggs bear its name and some are sold under the Tony's Fresh Market name, Fox Business reported Sunday.
The media continued:
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 65 people have become ill and 24 have been hospitalized, but no deaths have been reported.

Salmonella, a bacterial disease that affects the intestinal tract, can survive in the intestines of animals and humans and then be shed from the body through feces, reports the Mayo Clinic. Website.
“Humans are most often infected through contaminated water or food,” the clinic said, adding that while some people may not experience any symptoms from the infection, most will develop symptoms such as diarrhea, fever and stomach cramps within eight to 72 hours of exposure to the Salmonella bacteria. Most healthy people recover within a week without special treatment.
“Salmonella infections are not usually life-threatening. However, certain people can develop dangerous complications, especially infants, older people, transplant recipients, pregnant women and those with weakened immune systems,” the site says.
Breitbart News reported in May that a salmonella outbreak at backyard chicken farms in 29 states had sickened more than 100 people.
Health officials are urging consumers to throw out or return eggs from those brands, according to a September 8 Fox report, and the farms have reportedly since ceased operations.
As Americans struggle with inflation caused by President Joe Biden's (D) and Vice President Kamala Harris' (D) economy, egg prices have increased 147% since they took office, Breitbart News reported on August 22.
“This is an economic reality that Americans have continued to grapple with under the Biden-Harris Administration, despite the White House still being in complete denial,” the outlet reported.
