Former President Donald Trump slammed Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris for her radical policies in the first debate since President Joe Biden dropped out of the race.
Trump slammed Harris, saying she had simply copied a paragraph from Biden's economic plan on her official campaign website.
“Look at the millions and millions of people who are pouring into our country.”
“Everything she believed in three years ago, four years ago, is gone. She follows my philosophies now. In fact, I was going to send her a MAGA hat. She follows my philosophies, but if she gets elected, she's going to change that and that will be the end of our country,” he said.
Harris appeared to smirk at the joke as Trump continued to make it.
“She's a Marxist. Everyone knows she's a Marxist! Her father is a Marxist professor of economics and he used to tell her that,” he added.
“You look at what she's done to our country and the millions and millions of people who are coming into our country,” Trump added. “She's destroyed our country with insane policies. Policies that make you say they hate our country.”
He also blamed Harris for the immigration crisis that has seen millions of illegal immigrants flood across the U.S.-Mexico border and damaged the economies of major cities.

Harris and Trump will hold their first debate at the National Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
