During Tuesday night's presidential debate, former President Trump said:

These are all verifiable facts. During the 2020 Black Lives Matter riots, Harris promoted and supported the infamous bail fund that allowed rioters to enter jail after jail, burn down large parts of Minneapolis, and continue to commit other crimes afterward. Oh yeah, it was CNN that actually discovered, and reported this week, that in 2019 Harris said in an ACLU survey that if she were president, she would support “taxpayer-funded sex-change operations for immigrants in detention.”
