The first presidential debate between Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump was undoubtedly full of lies, which the ABC hosts were okay with as long as it benefited Kamala.
One of the most blatant lies came when Kamala repeated, out of context, a claim that Trump had called the white supremacists in Charlottesville, Virginia, “very fine people.”
“All politicians lie, but the difference I felt, and a lot of people watching the show last night felt, is that she did it so boldly. She didn't flinch, she didn't blink, she didn't have the usual signs of guilt, she looked straight up in her eyes,” Liz Wheeler of “The Liz Wheeler Show” told the “Blaze News Tonight” panel.
“She lied about late-term abortions, she lied about the shenanigans of 'very fine people' in Charlottesville, she lied about January 6th, she lied about the 'bloodbath' comments, she lied about crime data for cities across the country, she lied about her position on border security, she lied about Project 2025, I think three times, and she lied about fracking,” Wheeler continued.
And the ABC hosts never fact-checked Kamala.
“I don't want to be the one to complain about it, but they really overstepped their bounds. I mean, it was Pravda-level propaganda,” she added.
Pravda was the official newspaper of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and, ironically, means “The Truth.”
Matthew Peterson was also shaken, noting that Kamala “is able to pull it off without looking like the near-brain-dead person we've seen on video over the past few years.”
Steve Dees I agree, but I think moderators in general should be abolished.
“I really don't see why the media should be directly involved. They've already abolished the Commission on Presidential Debates, which is essentially a swamp creature roster. I think this should be done as jury selection,” Deese explained.
“They're running for the most powerful office in the world. There's no mediator when you're negotiating with Putin or Zelensky. There's no mediator when you're negotiating with a little devil with a cow's hair and his finger on the trigger,” he added.
