Caitlin Clark showed off her incredible shooting ability and broke another WNBA rookie record in the Indiana Fever's 110-109 win over the Dallas Wings in the final home game of the regular season.

Clarke scored a career-high 35 points, breaking the WNBA record for most points scored by a rookie in a single season, set 18 years ago by Samon August, who scored 744 points in her first season with the Minnesota Lynx.

At the time of Indiana's win, Clark had 761 points, making 10 of 22 field goals and six 3-pointers, setting a new rookie record for 3-pointers, and contributing eight assists and three steals.

Clark and Kelsey Mitchell each had 15 points by halftime. Mitchell finished with 30 points. Aaliyah Boston had 15 points, six rebounds and six assists.

Dallas plagued Indiana for most of the game, with the Wings leading by two points at the start of the first half. Both teams scored points early in the third quarter, with the Fever leading by one point at the end of the quarter.

Clark took control in the fourth quarter, singlehandedly going on a 7-0 run to give the Fever a nine-point lead, and his ability to change the flow of a game in an instant was the deciding factor.

Three Wings starters scored at least 20 points — Satou Sabally and Arike Ogunbowale each had 27 points and Natasha Howard added 26 — but it wasn't enough.

Dallas, already out of the postseason running, will close the season next week on the road against the Las Vegas Aces.
