After Jon Stewart won his 23rd career Emmy Award on Sunday night (September 15), it was reported that the late-night show host may be reconsidering his future. The Daily Show Also.
“My feeling is this election is never over, so why would I leave? How could I leave?” he said backstage at the Emmys. Variety“I will not be allowed to leave the country until the election is over and we are all a calcified mass. … We are looking forward to it being awful.”

Now the late-night host is using his Monday night slot to criticize both Democrats and Republicans.
