Celebrity Bette Midler reposted a conspiracy theory about the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump and claimed that his messages to Taylor Swift were illegal.
The racist message was posted to Midler's official social media accounts on the X platform.
“What the hell happened in Butler, Pennsylvania?”
“Trump's vehement tweeting of hate towards Taylor Swift is not only dangerous, it's illegal. He is targeting her and we all know it,” she posted on Sunday, just as the second assassination attempt on Trump's life took place.
Midler was referring to Trump's simple message. Posts He stated in capital letters that he hates the singer after she endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris (Democrat).
“He's getting his minions to do his dirty work and we all know they will. If she is hurt he will say his usual 'I don't know, I didn't hear' and deny knowing anything. She should and I hope she does sue to get her diapers out of him. #SwiftiesUnite,” she added.
She also promoted a tweet in which she loudly questioned whether President Trump's hearing was healed as proof that the official story about the initial assassination attempt was somehow false.
“We can all attest that an ear blown off by an automatic rifle bullet does not regenerate on its own, but what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania on the day those two people were killed?” letter read.
Midler retweeted the conspiracy tweet to her 2.1 million followers, and it has been viewed more than 3.9 million times on the X platform.
