Judge Censors Grooming Gang Victim’s Call to Deport Pakistani Abusers

A British judge has reportedly blocked a girl gang-rape victim from petitioning to have her attackers deported to Pakistan.

In the latest trial into a historic child sex crimes offence in Rotherham, Sheffield Crown Court has reportedly ordered the female victim, who has not been named, to withdraw her plea for the government to deport convicted grooming gang members to their native Pakistan.

be Report GB News' lawyer Matthew Bean said: “They [the abusers] “Whether or not a victim stays in this country” is a decision that should be made by the Home Office and should not be influenced by “what the victim says”.

In her original uncensored victim statement, the woman, who began being sexually abused by a grooming gang when she was 11, was due to tell the court: “The verdict has been handed down and Rudy [Mohammed Amar] And the Showa era [Mohammed Siyab] “They should be released and deported to Pakistan because they are from Pakistan and they came here to exploit children. Thank you very much.”

Mohamed Amar, 42, was convicted of two counts of indecent assault and sentenced to 14 years in prison, while Mohamed Shiab, 49, was convicted of two counts of rape, one count of human trafficking and one count of sexual intercourse with a child under 13 and sentenced to 25 years in prison. They were among six men sentenced last week.

Responding to the decision not to speak to the court, the woman told GB News: “If they weren't born in this country and are here to exploit children then they should be deported when they finish their sentence. There's no guarantee they will stop exploiting children. Just deport them and let their country deal with it.”

“If Pakistan refuses to accept groomed gang rapists, the foreign ministry should absolutely give Pakistan strong penalties,” she added. “These men should be deported or have their visas to Pakistan restricted.”

The UK government's failure to deport members of foreign grooming gangs, particularly those from Pakistan, has been a long-standing criticism of the government.

For example, Adil Khan and Qari Abdul Rauf, two of the known ringleaders of a Rochdale grooming gang, have avoided deportation to Pakistan for nearly a decade after a series of taxpayer-funded appeals. They claim that being returned to their home country would be a violation of their “human rights” and that they have renounced their Pakistani citizenship.

The two men were convicted of a series of child sex offences in 2012. However, both were released early and dumped in the same areas where they had assaulted girls. One of them had a terrifying encounter with his abuser at a local supermarket. Despite winning a ruling to deport the two men in 2022, the government has yet to We're screwed To expel them from England.

Britain is one of Pakistan's largest foreign aid donors, but Islamabad is reportedly reluctant to host criminal grooming gangs in the country.

The Nationality and Borders Act 2022 gives the UK government the power to impose visa penalties on countries that refuse to accept deportees, but this power has yet to be used. According to GB News, the failure is the result of a backlash from deep state civil servants in the Foreign Office.

Commenting on the latest case, Reform UK MP Lee Anderson said: “For far too long Pakistani sex abusers have been able to sexually abuse and rape young British girls with impunity while police and social services have been far too slow to respond.”

“Even if these vile perverts are caught, our justice system still seems to prioritise perpetrators over victims. If they were born in another country, they should be deported immediately without question.”
