Democrats are experiencing a “massive stall” in Pennsylvania, and former President Donald Trump could win if Republicans encourage less-willing Republicans to vote, said Cliff Maloney, president of Pennsylvania Chase. Breitbart News SaturdayHe noted that Democrats are not boasting numbers like they did in 2020.
Pennsylvania Chase is “a conservative Republican organization set up to collect Republican mail-in votes,” host Matt Boyle explained.
Compared to 2020, Democrats are requesting 250,000 fewer mail-in ballots than Republicans, and Republicans are also working to cut their voter registration gap in half. And while mainstream media will point to a variety of polls — many of which are simply unreliable — Maloney said they don't reflect reality.
Polls “cannot model or predict turnout or people's voting tendencies,” he explained.
“There's so many different ways to vote these days that someone has to be able to understand that when they're thinking about not just whether they support someone, but how they're going to vote. Because for people who receive a ballot, like I said, if someone who is less propensity to vote suddenly receives a ballot, they're 70 percent more likely to vote. Democrats have a problem, and in Pennsylvania specifically, it's called a post-pandemic problem,” he explained.
“Biden had 2 million mail-in votes and Trump had 600,000. Think about that. I want your listeners to think about that. 2 million to 600,000. Biden had a 1.4 million lead. Trump only lost by 80,000 votes, but he had a 1.4 million lead by Election Day. Harris needs that, Matt. She's got to have those numbers. And if the numbers are going down now, like I said, 303,000 fewer requests. Of course, some of those people will vote on Election Day, but it's crazy to think that the number of people who haven't requested a ballot, who are less motivated to vote, is going to be more than 50, 60, 65 percent right now,” Harris said, predicting that Democrats would lose those votes.
“We're really talking about missing 100,000 to 150,000 votes, so Democrats are losing votes,” he said, emphasizing that Democrats are “losing votes in the city.”

“At Harris headquarters, the numbers are so high that the left is panicking. … If you look at the inner cities, we know we need a 90-10 split in the inner cities because of crime, but right now it's 80-20. In some places it's 75-25. … I'm very optimistic. Sometimes I get too excited. We still have to do it. We're working hard,” he said. “But anyone who looks at these numbers and doesn't realize Harris is in trouble just isn't seeing reality.”
“This is very good news if Donald Trump wants to win the White House in 2024,” he said, adding a broader perspective by noting that Democrats are also on the ground, but this is their reality.
“They're running hard. They're really concentrated in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. So it's great news that they're losing votes because there's no energy to support Kamala Harris. People are not excited. … And like I said, they're losing votes by 303,000. That's cause for hope for us. If we win Pennsylvania, we'll win the White House,” he said, noting that the only problem was mail-in ballots and that they're solving that problem by aggressively chasing the vote count.
