New York Giants running back Devin Singletary scored on a 43-yard run in Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns to give the Giants their first win of the 2024 season, 21-15.

Singletary could have walked into the end zone and scored a touchdown. That score would have stopped the clock and given the Browns the ball back with 2 minutes, 23 seconds left in the game. In that scenario, the total score would have been 42 or 43 points. However, not scoring allowed the Giants to run out the clock and win the game.

Some NFL fans bet that the total score would exceed 37.5. The total score ended up being 36 points.
