Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels' “Monday Night Football” debut was a night to remember.
Daniels, the No. 2 overall pick in this year's draft, threw two touchdown passes and added another with his feet, including a spectacular 27-yard pass to wide receiver Terry McLaurin in the fourth quarter.
Daniels evaded pressure in the pocket and delivered a precise pass to the Pro Bowl wide receiver. The impressive play from the rookie quarterback was reminiscent of recent comments made by Cincinnati Bengals defensive back Cam Taylor-Britt about Daniels prior to the start of the Commanders-Bengals Week 3 matchup.
