A pornographic video purportedly showing Sean “Diddy” Combs and more famous A-list celebrities is being “shopped around” in Hollywood, according to a lawyer for one of the music mogul's latest accusers. .
The explicit video purportedly shows Mr Combs standing next to a “more famous” person – lawyer Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who appears unaware that he is being filmed. As told by NewsNation's Ashley Banfield.without identifying any celebrities.
Mitchell-Kidd said, “The tape was already leaked and being bought in Hollywood, but one particular person contacted me and said they wanted to buy a particular video.''
“I can tell you that the video was pornographic. It was from a home in Atlanta and the person didn't seem to be watching the video. It seems to me that the person didn't realize they were being videotaped. “It doesn't appear to have been done,” the lawyer said regarding the contents.
Mitchell Kidd also spoke about a lawsuit filed by one of her new clients in 2018, who claims Combs raped her.
She noted that the alleged victim, who has not been publicly identified, filed a police report after the incident.
“She contacted me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about the assault and escape. She was at the house of a friend who has connections in the industry, and Diddy was at the house. I decided to come,” Mitchell Kidd explained.
Mitchell Kidd said her client later learned that Combs had planned to sex traffick her that night.
“This led to her being offered a drink. She began to feel dizzy. Mr. Combs sexually assaulted her using an inanimate object. “I instructed him to sexually assault her while she was there,” she said.
Mitchell Kidd's client was likely able to flee into the street, which was witnessed by a neighbor, the attorney said.
Combs, 54, was indicted in September on charges of extortion, sex trafficking by force and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
He is accused of using drugs to “keep his victims compliant” during “freak-offs,” violent, sometimes multi-day sex acts, according to a federal complaint.
His employees allegedly helped arrange travel for the participants, who were assembled in hotel rooms where the “freak-off” was being held.
The damning federal charges come after a flurry of civil lawsuits accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual assault and abuse.
Combs is being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
He filed a notice of intent to appeal the judge's decision denying bail on Monday.
