Award-winning country music star Garth Brooks has been accused of sexual assault and battery in a lawsuit filed by a woman who allegedly worked as his former hair stylist and makeup artist.

The complaint filed Thursday in California state court by Jane Roe alleges the incidents date back to 2019. The woman claims Brooks once raped her while on a business trip.

Brooks has already categorically denied Lowe's claims, but a representative for the country singer has not commented on the latest allegations.

The complaint alleges that Lowe was hired as Brooks' hair and makeup artist in 2017, and that Lowe first met Brooks in 1999 after she was hired as his wife Trisha Yearwood's hair and makeup artist. It is also said that they met.

The complaint goes on to accuse Brooks of repeatedly exposing his genitals and buttocks to the woman, inappropriately discussing sex-related topics, and sending her sexually explicit text messages.

Law also alleged that in 2019, when she went to Brooks' home for work, Brooks came out of the shower naked, “grabbed her hand and pressed it against his genitals.”

The suit also alleges that Brooks raped her in a hotel room during a work trip to Los Angeles where he was performing a Grammy tribute performance. According to the complaint, Brooks and Rowe traveled to Los Angeles on the singer's private jet.

“Normally, there were other passengers on Mr. Brooks' private jet, but in this case Mr. Roe and Mr. Brooks were the only passengers,” the complaint states. “Staying at a hotel in Los Angeles, Ms. Roe couldn't believe Brooks had booked a one-bedroom hotel suite and she didn't have another room.”

When the two arrived at the hotel suite, Lo claims the country artist “appeared completely naked in the bedroom doorway.” Lowe's complaint states that she felt “trapped in a room alone with Brooks.”

“Defendant's allegations are untrue,” Brooks' previous lawsuit said. “However, the Defendants believe that such false allegations have caused significant damage to the Plaintiff's reputation as a decent and caring person, caused unavoidable damage to his family, and destroyed his career and livelihood. She is well aware of the irreparable harm that will result if she follows through on her threat to “publicly file'' a trumped-up lawsuit.''

But Roe's lawyers hope their side of justice will prevail.

“We are confident that Mr. Brooks will be held accountable for his actions,” attorneys Douglas H. Wigdor, Jeanne M. Christensen and Haley Baker said in a statement. CNN. “We applaud our clients for their courage in moving forward with the charges against Garth Brooks. It shows that it also exists.”
