Afghans resettled in the United States by the administration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are accused of plotting a terrorist attack by the Islamic State (ISIS) on Election Day and are being held in Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) security in Afghanistan. He is said to have worked as a staff member.
Nasir Ahmad Tauhedi, a 27-year-old Afghan national, and an unnamed co-conspirator were arrested by federal law enforcement officers in Oklahoma on October 7 and charged with purchasing two AK-47s and using them in the execution. He was accused of planning to ISIS-backed terrorist attacks against Americans on Election Day this year.
Taweedi was able to resettle in Oklahoma City thanks to the Biden-Harris Mass Resettlement Operation, which began shortly after U.S. troops withdrew from Afghanistan in August 2021.
Nearly 100,000 Afghan nationals were brought to the United States within months of the disastrous withdrawal from Kabul, many without direct screening or testing by federal officials.

According to report According to NBC News, Taweedi worked as a security guard for the CIA while in Afghanistan, a position that would have made him eligible for resettlement in the United States through the Biden-Harris administration's Operation Welcoming Allies. Ta.
NBC News reported, “It is unclear whether Mr. Tauhedi was a radical Islamist at the time of his arrival in the United States, and U.S. officials declined to answer questions about how he was vetted.”
As Breitbart News reported, Taewedi's co-conspirator was a student at South Moore High School in Moore, Oklahoma, at the time he was charged with providing material support to ISIS. The co-conspirator's 24-year-old sister is Tauhedi's wife.
The day before Tawhidi was resettled in the United States, former President Donald Trump warned against Islamic terrorists seeking to exploit the Biden-Harris resettlement operation from Afghanistan.
President Trump said on September 8, “When you look at the people coming in by the hundreds and thousands, they're not necessarily the people we wanted to protect.'' How many terrorists will come in? ”
