Heritage, GOP Politicians Working to Exclude Illegal Votes in the 2024 Election

Republican leaders are ramping up efforts to protect American ballots and Republican candidates from disruptions caused by illegal immigration, said Kyle Brosnan, principal counsel for the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project.

“The Republican National Committee and the conservative legal community are better prepared this term than they were in 2020,” Kyle Brosnan, principal counsel at the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project, told Breitbart News. “There's a recognition within the party organization that we need to tackle this election law, and I think we're better prepared than we have been in the past…We're light years ahead of what we were before.”

For example, this month, Republican lawyers persuade Michigan Supreme Court Enforce anti-fraud rules for absentee voting. He said Republican governors are clearing registration lists and the D.C. Republican Party is gathering data and lawyers for post-election litigation.

“Our mission here at the Surveillance Project is to conduct undercover journalism, conduct investigations, and present facts to the American public and policymakers so they can identify and solve problems.” Brosnan said.

Mr. Brosnan's project spotlighted the dangers when it released a video showing a Spanish-speaking man from Arizona offering to register with an undercover journalist who claimed to be an illegal immigrant. “We’ll bring you a form to register to vote…that’s all you need. [your driver’s licenses] and your place of residence [documents]” he told those who admitted to wrongdoing on DACA documents.

“The grassroots conservative movement is unhappy with the changes to the 2020 election rules and has many questions about how the election was conducted,” Brosnan said.

He said younger and newer Republicans are grappling with the problems posed by immigration. “I think we're seeing a kind of shift in perspective with Republicans in Congress…I think there's a recognition, at least among Republicans, that large-scale immigration is not good for the country,” he added. Ta. .

Brisnan told Breitbart News: “The left is trying to make an impact on elections in such a way that any effort to raise awareness about the way elections are conducted in the United States turns into anti-democratic conspiracy theorists. “We have constructed an argument regarding the integrity of the organization,'' he added.

We strive to present the facts and educate the public that there are indeed problems with the way elections are run in America, and we recently released videos in three states that demonstrate that illegal aliens are non-citizens. , is seen admitting on camera that he is registered to vote. This latest video shows a person talking to an undercover journalist who says they are DACA non-citizens and who offers to register them and their friends to vote. [which] is a crime.

This phenomenon of non-citizens appearing on voter rolls is real, as evidenced by recent voter roll cleans in Texas and Virginia, with Texas removing people from voter rolls. However, 6,500 of them were non-citizens… In Virginia, in a recent voter roll cleanup, 6,300 people were removed from the voter rolls as non-citizens…Things will fall through the cracks when you open the border wide and let in a bunch of illegal immigrants. And when these elections are so close, every vote counts.

In 2020, Biden won the award with an additional 44,500 votes in three states. That includes 20,500 votes in Wisconsin, 11,000 votes in Arizona, and 14,000 votes in Georgia. In 2016, Trump won Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania by 107,000 voters.

The national illegal immigrant population is approximately 15 million people and is likely much higher.

He said the central problem is that Democratic-backed nonprofits are registering illegal voters to have their ballots mailed to their home addresses. Once distributed, flood ballots can be filled out, collected and distributed by nonprofit organizations using minimal or no identifying information, he said.

Federal and state agencies are also helping undocumented immigrants register, while others are vocal about not voting in the face of other security measures.

However, “it's no secret that immigrant communities tend to live in very densely populated areas, areas where multiple families live in apartment complexes or single-family homes. It's going to be a lot easier to get in line,'' Brosnan said on Election Day.

That process does not require illegal immigrants to risk detection by voting at a polling place.

A parallel problem is that many mail-in ballots may be sent to vacant addresses due to large-scale collections by nonprofits, he said. “You can track an address and say, 'Hey, 200 people are registered to vote at this address, but this is an empty lot!' Or 1,500 people are registered to vote at a different address. “And if it becomes a homeless shelter,” he said.

Once those ballots are mailed, “no one knows what will happen when they arrive” at the voting center, he said.
