After he started drinking the drink, Pisciotta claimed he woke up with no recollection of the night and felt “physically sick and confused,” according to the complaint. The document states that Pisciotta “could not recall, and was certainly unaware of, any sexual assaults that had occurred with previous clients.”

She naively believed that her assistant or someone else was responsible for drugging her.” ”

“Rather than figure out who drugged her and what happened to her that night, Plaintiff chose to blame herself and move on,” the document states.

According to the complaint, Pisciotta claimed that West brought up the studio session in question “much later,” when she was working with him again.
