A 4-year-old boy was found burned, frozen and malnourished inside a Harlem apartment late Sunday, and died hours later. According to police and officials, the mother is being investigated for suspicious death.
The boy's mother called 911, claiming she found her son unresponsive inside an apartment on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard. According to police and law enforcement officials, the incident occurred near West 144th Street around 7:40 p.m.
