Sean Payton will return to his old home in New Orleans on Thursday night after spending 15 years as the Saints' head coach.
After coaching Drew Brees for a decade and a half, the longtime offensive guru is now looking to help develop rookie quarterback Bo Nix in Denver.
New Orleans will also likely start rookie quarterback Spencer Rattler, who is expected to replace the injured Derek Carr.
Wide receivers Rashid Shahid (concussion) and Chris Olave (knee) join Carr on the Saints' extended injury report, and their absences will be key factors in this week's same-game parlay.
He achieved three consecutive hits in the Post and is in great shape in the prime time SGP. Let's see if they can extend that streak Thursday night.
Broncos vs. Saints odds
| team | spread | money line | over/under |

| broncos | -3 (-102) | -142 | o37 (-110) |
| saint | +3 (-118) | +120 | u37 (-110) |
Broncos vs. Saints same game parlay (+415, DraftKings)
- Leg 1: Broncos money line (-142)
- Leg 2: Spencer Rattler, 0.5+ interceptions (-145)
- Leg 3: Spencer Rattler, 20.5+ yards rushing (-115)
Leg 1: Broncos money line (-142)
At 3-3, the Broncos are already halfway through their projected total of 5.5 wins.
Payton's official title in Denver is head coach, but he has final say on all player personnel decisions.
As a result, his imprint remains on the Knicks' option to oust Russell Wilson and select the 12th overall pick.
The Knicks continued to win the starting job, but they're not completely down. It certainly doesn't hurt that he has a quality defense that ranks 7th in FTN Fantasy's Defensively Adjusted Value Above Average (DVOA) metric.
The Saints' rookie quarterback could be seriously hurt if his two main receivers are unavailable. Neither Shahid nor Olave practiced this week.
Given the sudden developments in such a short period of time, there is a high possibility that both players will miss the match.
Expect the Broncos to do enough to get over the line and get the win.
Leg 2: Spencer Rattler, 0.5+ interceptions (-145)
Despite Rattler's small NFL sample size, it's virtually an autoplay for a rookie quarterback to fade in his second start.
Rattler had two interceptions in the first game, and the Broncos' defense ranks in the top half of the league (10th) in takeaways.
Couple that with him throwing to backup receivers and it could be a chaotic game.
Additionally, if the Broncos want to win, there's a good chance the Saints will have to chase the game and play a come-from-behind.
Leg 3: Spencer Rattler, 20.5 rushing yards (-115)
Rattler could be running for his life against a Broncos defense that boasts the NFL's highest blitz rate (41.8%). Denver also ranks second in sacks with 26 and third in quarterback pressures with 65.
However, Rattler has some escape ability and can use his legs to scramble out of the pocket.

The Broncos' secondary ranks second in pass coverage, according to Pro Football Focus, and is likely to tuck the ball and run if Rattler has trouble finding open targets.
Against the Buccaneers, he ran for 27 yards on four carries, but this prop feels short at 20.5 yards.
Best bet: Same-game parlay (+415, DraftKings)
- Leg 1: Broncos money line (-142)
- Leg 2: Spencer Rattler, 0.5+ interceptions (-145)
- Leg 3: Spencer Rattler, 20.5+ yards rushing (-115)
