Baltimore Police on Thursday. issued Arrest warrant for suspect in connection with viral video of Ravens fan brutally beating two men wearing opposing team's jerseys.
Online sleuths are appealing for help in identifying the man believed to have attacked two football fans without provocation after Sunday's Ravens-Washington Commanders game.
“He clearly and intentionally wanted to hurt the bad guy by wearing the shirt!”
The harrowing video shows an imposing man walking up to two men on South Charles Street, then kicking one of them before punching him in the face. He then grabbed the other man and threw him into a brick wall.
The man is the one who bends over and cheers the beating on behalf of the person recording the incident.
Most people blamed the attackers for the release of the video. Posted on social media.

Online detectives identified the man and chased Until Monday's company announcement, his employer was Maury Donnelly Parr Insurance Agency. that That got him fired.
Police said the two victims were 23 years old and the suspect was identified as 24-year-old John Callis. The suspect is charged with first-degree aggravated assault and three counts of second-degree assault.
Baltimore won 30-23 against the Commanders on Sunday.
