Doug Schoen, a former pollster for former President Bill Clinton, sounded the alarm on Fox News Wednesday about Vice President Kamala Harris' ability to maintain the Democratic stronghold in the upcoming election.
During an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle,” Schoen highlighted significant vulnerabilities in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, states traditionally considered the Democratic Party's “blue wall.” Laura Ingraham opened the discussion by asking Schoen for his thoughts on Harris, noting that the divisions within the party so close to Election Day are a worrying sign for the vice president.
“Actually, that's what you're saying, Laura, a very bad sign. I'm picking up exactly what you're reporting from Democratic friends and sources. The so-called blue wall in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania. is eroding for Democrats,” Schoen told Ingraham. “Despite clear messages, there is considerable confusion and inconsistency on the ground.”
He also criticized Harris' performance in an interview with Fox News' Bret Baier, suggesting it reflected broader campaign issues. “As you saw today in Bret Baier and Kamala Harris' interview, the Harris campaign doesn't really have a closing message or a strategy,” Schoen said.
