District of Columbia Judge Tanya Chutkan on October 18 released a redacted version of an addendum to Special Counsel Jack Smith's immunity motion, providing further insight into the evidence supporting the prosecution of former President Donald Trump.
So far, the portion of the evidence released consists of four volumes and approximately 1,900 pages, but the majority of the files have been sealed or redacted.
Volume 1 consists of a series of interviews from the House Select Committee on January 6, and Volume 2 is primarily tweets from the former president.
Volumes 3 and 4 contain much public information, including archived White House web pages, emails and press releases from the Trump-Pence campaign.
Other documents in Volume IV provide budget and travel details. Another section includes a redacted version of the special counsel's report on former White House adviser Peter Navarro's alleged violations of the Hatch Act.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan ordered the release of additional documents Thursday night. The hundreds of pages of documents are an appendix to Mr. Smith's evidence in the dispute over whether President Trump has the level of presidential immunity that would invalidate the charges against him.
“Radical Democrats are bent on interfering in the presidential election on behalf of the liar Kamala Harris,” Trump campaign spokesman Stephen Chan told Fox News Digital. “With just over two weeks until Election Day, President Trump is dominating this race, much to the dismay of crazed liberals throughout the Deep State.”
Chan added: “This entire case is a fabrication, a partisan, unconstitutional witch hunt, and should be completely dismissed, as the Supreme Court's historic decision on presidential immunity and other important jurisprudence mandates.” The rest of the Democratic Party's fabrications should be completely rejected as well.''
