Maher says Harris is ‘very vulnerable’ to an October surprise after predicting 2024 win: ‘Don’t f— this up!’

“Real Time” host Bill Maher struck an even more worried tone Friday night after confidently predicting that Vice President Kamala Harris would win the 2024 election.

“Democrats need to stop thinking that an October surprise will save President Trump another term,” Maher began his monologue. “Trump's superpower as a candidate is that he's been behaving badly everywhere, constantly, for so long that you just can't see it anymore…I hope an October surprise knocks him out. If you're waiting, dream. Your chances of winning the next one are even better.'' The Joker Musical. ”

He noted that Harris had some stumbles during her recent media onslaught.

“This is Kamala's big dilemma,” Maher continued later. “Trump is immune to October surprises, but she's very vulnerable because she's an undefined person. And as she showed in this week's Bret Baier interview, when she's attacked for her actions, she's very vulnerable.” 's go-to phrase is usually 'Trump is worse.''' We know that, but undecided voters want to know about you. I want someone to vote. ”

The HBO host summed up that President Trump's coalition is made up of “people who really like him” and people who think he's better than “far-left lunacy.”

“And the big question for voters with Kamala is — are you part of the far-left lunacy?” Maher asked. “The attack ad I see 10 times a day, and the question Bret Baier posed to her on Wednesday, said in 2019 that she supports providing taxpayer-funded gender reassignment surgery to undocumented immigrants in prison. “This has never happened and nothing has been done about it.” But this is a litmus test for voters who want to know about the Democratic Party — yours. Is there anything that makes someone around you say, “No, that's ridiculous''? ”

Maher then turned to Harris' appearance on “The View” and said there was “nothing in the world” that she would have done differently under Biden.

He called the reaction “no bueno.”

“It's getting late, and we can't tolerate any more of the terrible answers we received last week,” Maher said. “Next time, I'll say, 'Joe Biden has generally done a good job, but certainly he should have strengthened the border sooner, like now. Trust me, I've learned my lesson, but I'll never do that. Why not say, “It won't happen.''

He then appealed directly to Democratic candidates.

“Kamala, it is very important that you win this election. Not only for the sake of preserving true democracy and for the good of the world, but also because I predicted a month ago that you would win. That would make me look bad,” Maher said, eliciting laughter from the audience. “Don't make this a joke because I have a very good prediction record! Kamala, ever since I put the marker on you and said you would win, I haven't even worried about it. Everywhere I was on the street in L.A., people were texting me, emailing me, stopping me at restaurants, asking me, “Bill, are you sure?” No, I'm not sure, but that's my gut feeling! ”

“I think Kamala Harris wants this. I think she can do it. She won't hear the end of it from Joe, let alone if she loses. 'I said I'm the only one who can beat him.' Biden,” Maher added.

Maher previously predicted that Harris would seal the election after last month's presidential debate.

“I'm going to make a prediction and make this a very important night,” Maher said at the time. “I give credence to this prediction because I've been called a 'Trump alarmist' for a long time. They were wrong, but I was right. He's in power. But since then, and President Trump never intended to leave the administration. [Access Hollywood] Tape…and he survived. Every time he did something crazy and got in trouble, I said, “No, no.” It's not over yet. ”

“What I'm saying tonight is I think it's over,” Maher said, drawing cheers from the liberal audience.
