The Steelers released a statement Saturday announcing new security protocols and warning fans about possible delays.
“As former President Trump plans to attend Sunday night's game as a guest of his personal suite owner, we are working with the Secret Service and local authorities to ensure the safety and security of all fans.” said in a statement. “As always, we remain committed to providing the same fan experience at every Steelers home game at Acresure Stadium.
“We encourage fans to arrive early to the parking lot and gate to enjoy the pregame experience and in-game celebration commemorating the 50th anniversary of our Super Bowl IX team. .”

President Trump is visiting western Pennsylvania this weekend and is scheduled to attend a rally in the nearby town of Latrobe on Saturday before attending the game. Trump was joined at the rally by former Steelers stars Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell. They are also scheduled to accompany President Trump to his game on Sunday night.

The Steelers are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the team's 1974 Super Bowl season.
President Trump last attended a big football game at the University of Georgia on September 28, watching the Bulldogs play the Alabama Crimson Tide. His appearance at the game venue was met with chants of “USA!”
