Former President Barack Obama raised the point Saturday in an attempt to alienate former President Donald Trump, insisting that “everything the president says is serious.”
President Obama's continued concealment of President Joe Biden's health calls into question his moral authority to lecture President Trump. Mr. Biden, who Special Counsel Robert Hur characterized as an “elderly man with a poor memory,” has made a number of eyebrow-raising statements over the years.

For example, during a speech in 2022, Biden made off-the-cuff remarks about Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying, “No matter how you look at it, this man cannot continue to remain in power.'' Such comments raised concerns that Mr. Biden was seeking a change of government. The White House denied Biden's intentions.
Biden has previously called Japan “xenophobic,” along with Russia and China. “Why has China stalled so much economically? Why is Japan in trouble? Why Russia?” he asked in May. “Because they are xenophobic,” Biden concluded. “They don't want immigrants.”
Biden also acknowledged that Harris will be deeply involved in the administration's decision-making. “We're singing from the same song sheet. She helped pass all the legislation. She's had a major role in everything we've done,” Biden said at White House. He told reporters in the House press conference room.
Under his administration, costs increased by about 20% overall, Russia invaded Ukraine, Hamas and Iran attacked Israel, illegal immigrants invaded the southern border, and the nation suffered a deadly Afghanistan withdrawal.

President Obama rallied supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris in Las Vegas on Saturday to try to make the case that President Trump is free, unstable and unrestrained. The theme is part of Ms. Harris' final campaign strategy (ditching her “joyful” message for a more angry, bitter and mean-spirited tone).
“When Donald Trump repeatedly lies, cheats, completely ignores the Constitution, or just insults people, people make excuses for it. They say, 'He's not serious.' . “Everything the president says is serious,” Obama said. said.
“One of the most alarming things about this election is Trump's rise in politics. We seem to have set aside the values that so many of us were taught.” added.
But repeated attacks on Trump underscore the desperation of Harris' campaign, which does not offer voters a unified message that candidates often transition to in the final weeks of a presidential campaign.

Polls show that Ms. Harris is losing support among men, black voters and Hispanic voters, while Mr. Trump is gaining ground on her performance in 2020 and 2016. Polls in battleground states show Trump leading Harris or within the margin of error. Voter registration and early voting also appear to benefit President Trump in many states. On Thursday, Trump led in every battleground state for the first time in the campaign, according to the RealClearPolitics polling average.
