Former President Donald Trump attended Sunday Night Football in Pittsburgh to watch the home team play the Steelers against the New York Jets.
Trump, who just started working at McDonald's in the Keystone State, was seen sitting in a sweet box at Acresure Stadium watching the first half of the nationally televised game.
The 45th president waved to soccer fans from his suite as chants of USA were heard, according to social media footage posted by campaign staff.
The presidential candidate held a rally earlier this weekend with former Steeler stars Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell, among others, and the two former football players endorsed the Republican candidate.
Before the game's opening kickoff, Brown and Bell, the controversial former wide receiver, threw yellow towels from the Trump vs. Vance rally outside the stadium, encouraging new voters, according to social media footage. A table was set up for registration.
Trump posted an AI-generated image of himself wearing a Steelers jersey on social media ahead of the Week 7 matchup.
The Republican candidate also has ties to the Jets. The team's owner, Woody Johnson, served as the U.S. ambassador to the United Kingdom during Trump's first term in the Oval Office.
The Steelers are off to a strong start with a 4-2 record, but Aaron Rodgers' Jets have stumbled early and have a disappointing 2-4 record.
