Joey Burford, the handsome star of reality show Milf Manor, was involved in a horrific scooter accident that left him bleeding on the brain and requiring multiple surgeries to reconstruct facial fractures.
News of the horror hit comes at a fundraiser that showed Burford, who appeared on the first season of the TLC dating show, sitting in a hospital bed with a swollen and bloody face bandaged. It became clear.

He had already successfully undergone a three-hour operation on Saturday to repair some of the shattered bones in his face, and his breathing tube was removed on Monday.
“Although he faced some challenges, including the need for extensive dental work and additional facial surgery, we are relieved to report that the bleeding in his brain has stopped and he is not getting any worse.” wrote Mortensen.
“Today, Joey will remain in the ICU to undergo a swallow test. If all goes well, he may be transferred to another floor and could be discharged by Wednesday or Thursday of this week.”
Mortensen said Burford will undergo physical and occupational therapy as part of his recovery and will not be released from the hospital until he is well enough to pass tests.
The mother posted on her Instagram Story on Monday night, thanking people for sending messages of support and praying for her son.
The exact details of Burford's accident are unclear, but Mortensen said in an emotional video she shared to her Instagram Stories that she fell down the stairs.
“This shouldn't have happened. How did he fly down these stairs, which are blind stairs? It's beyond dangerous, it's really bad,” she said.
Furthermore, the real-life mother expressed her anger at the city of Long Beach, where the accident occurred, saying, “It's completely absurd that there are no signs or anything.''
Mortensen also thanked supporters for their “kindness and generosity” for the fundraiser, which had raised more than $36,000 of its $75,000 goal as of Tuesday morning.
