Actress Sarah Jessica Parker formally endorsed Vice President Harris' candidacy for president on Wednesday, saying it was in part because of “the childless cat lady I play on TV.” Ta.

Parker is just the latest celebrity to publicly endorse Harris in the run-up to the election. Shortly after the first presidential debate, Taylor Swift expressed her support for the vice president on social media. She also mentioned Vance's comments in her support and ended her post by calling herself a “childless cat lady.”
Parker supported President Biden in 2020, but indicated he was not ready to support a virtual re-election campaign in 2022. At the time, Biden said he would run again if he was “healthy.”
Parker, an Ohio native, helped launch the “Moms for Biden” initiative in the Buckeye State during the 2020 campaign. A longtime Democratic supporter, she was also nominated by former President Obama to serve on the President's Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
