Darren Rizzi entered the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans as usual on Saints game days, taking over as the team's interim head coach following the departure of Dennis Allen.
With the pressure increasing due to being given a new role, Rizzi tried to go through his usual routine, but things didn't go as planned and it was pretty funny after Rizzi's explanation after the match.

“If you know me, I'm a pretty open guy,” Rizzi began. “This is how my day starts. I go down here and go to the stadium, I go down here and go to the Superdome, I go to the head coach's locker room, you know, I've never used it before. I'm here early in the morning, I go to the bathroom and this is how my day starts, the toilet is clogged.
“I kind of joked, 'Today is going to be a bad day.' I'm like, 'Okay, this isn't a great start to the day. Let's go.' So now… I don't feel like the head coach of an NFL team.”
Luckily for Rizzi, his toilet clog wasn't reflective of what would happen when his Saints played the Atlanta Falcons.

The Saints defeated their NFC South rival 20-17 behind Derek Carr's 269 yards through the air with two touchdown passes to recently added Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
As a former special teams coordinator, Rizzi loved that his field goal defense unit was able to stop one field goal attempt by Younghoe Koo, who was struggling that day.

Rizzi said she knew what was expected of her in her new job on the side, but she had to remind herself of what was happening in the moment.
“Listen, there were some moments during the game, I was so caught up in my routine. There were moments today where I almost forgot, I was going through my routine and I was so caught up in my routine. “I kind of forget being a head coach, that's all true,” he said with a laugh.
Over the years, there have been many moments when NFL teams found new life after firing a head coach. Changes in the locker room are reflected on the field, and that's what happened in New Orleans. The team ended the seven-game losing streak after starting the year 2-0.
Last season, the Las Vegas Raiders underwent a culture change when Antonio Pierce replaced the fired Josh McDaniels.
