“Once firefighters arrived, they actually aggressively attacked the interior,” Fire Chief Brian O'Neill said. “We had one person stranded. We were able to get them out and rescue them, and we were also able to help evacuate others.”

O'Neill added that authorities are monitoring the air and there are no signs of “any type of chemical problem in the air.”

Aerial photos showed smoke rising from damaged buildings with collapsed structures. The inside of the building could be seen through the hole left by the explosion.
