The Chicago Bears made a big move by firing offensive coordinator Shane Waldron as the team's offense continues to struggle this season.
And a new report says Waldron isn't the only problem the Bears have in the locker room.
Tom Waddle, a former Bears receiver and current ESPN Chicago radio host, wrote on X Tuesday that Bears players are not alone in calling for Waldron to be relieved of his duties. They wanted Williams, the team's No. 1 overall pick, on the bench.

Bagent was solid last season as an undrafted rookie, appearing in five games due to an injury to Justin Fields. He went 2-2 as a starter, throwing for three touchdowns, six interceptions, and 859 yards on a 65.7 percent completion rate.
Bagent also scored two rushing touchdowns and ran for 109 yards on 23 attempts.

Last week, Williams was taken down nine times in the pocket and showed accuracy issues when actually getting the ball. The Bears lost to the lowly New England Patriots, whose offense is quarterbacked by rookie Drake Maye.
However, Bears head coach Matt Eberflus said that despite Waldron's firing, Williams will remain the team's starter. With Waldron gone, Thomas Brown, the team's passing game coordinator, was named offensive coordinator.

Williams' rookie season didn't get off to a great start, but he appeared to be on track after the team won three straight games, including a four-touchdown performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London. .
But during this losing streak that dropped the Bears to 4-5, Williams hasn't found the end zone through the air the last three weeks. In fact, the Bears offense hasn't scored a touchdown in recent weeks.
The Bears are still in the NFC North gauntlet for the next three games. Williams will face the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions in that order.
