Things may have looked ominous for the Knicks in the backcourt, but all three solid guards were able to suit up against the Bulls on Wednesday night.
Most notably, starting point guard Jalen Brunson remained in the starting lineup despite spraining his right ankle the night before in Philadelphia, leaving him in doubt for the game.
Brunson stepped on an opponent's foot early in the second half and left the win against the Sixers, but returned late in the third quarter and finished with 18 points on 5-of-35 shooting, five assists, and six turnovers. He finished the match by recording . Minutes.
Miles McBride (knee) and Cameron Payne (hamstring) are also available for the Knicks as their injury reports are questionable.
Payne returned against the Sixers after missing the previous four games with the same injury, scoring three points in just nine minutes off the bench.
