‘Headline makers are moving out’

It's an easy city to move to

Zelnik and Co. Real estate expert Corey Zelnick:

“Ten million square feet of vacant office space is being turned into residential areas. In addition to the housing shortage, they are aging. Rezoning on the East Side will allow developers to start building better buildings there. It means you can.

“We couldn't get air or light on the East Side. Think of the middle of an office building. All the elevators. Developers will now have to demolish these floors. The redesign has begun. . In interior apartments there is no air and no light. And today too much money is spent on immigrants.

“Headline makers are pulling out. People are still coming because it's a great location because the vacancy rate is low. But renting a studio apartment is now about $4,100 a month! Listen, Real estate is a cutthroat business. Commissions are flexible. The New York State Supreme Court has ruled that there are standards, but they are always negotiable because you can't control how much you're paid.

“I've messed up. Clients go to another broker even though you've been working with them. Ugly business. Atrocious. A short pencil is better than a long memory. So put everything in writing. That doesn't mean people don't bust your chops. For example, he takes a client to a space. Then he says to his cousin, who is in real estate, “I just saw a great space.” Ta. Make an offer. 'It's a mechanism to screw you over.'

“And then there are the amenities. Scooters, ping pong table, sauna, gym area. You never know what the world might want behind closed doors.

“There was a lot of displacement, and now there's backfilling. There's a shortage. The world wants to be here.”

Combs' bodyguard: 'I've never met her'

On July 7, another lawsuit related to Puff Daddy was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Seven people, including attorney Gloria Allred, were charged with “defamation, emotional distress, negligence, vexatious litigation, abuse of process, and malicious persecution.” The person suing these people is Joseph Sherman, Diddy's former bodyguard. He said they told him, without evidence, that he “violently raped Talia Graves, who worked for P. Diddy in 2001.”

In September, Graves and her attorney, Allred, filed a rape complaint against Diddy and Sherman, alleging that they were “restrained and brutally assaulted.” Diddy maintains his innocence and denies all charges.

Defamation lawsuit claims 'Bodyguard Shaman' I've never met Talia Graves. Let alone rape her,” and he “quit his job with Sean Combs in 1999.” His lawsuit goes on to claim that there was a previous crackdown, saying, “Talia Graves' attorney promises not to ruin Sherman's life with lies as long as he serves as a witness against Sean Combs.” Ta.

In a screenshot of the message included in the lawsuit, Sherman responds to someone he believes to be Graves or someone who appears to represent her: You have access to my phone and are threatening my life, livelihood, and safety. I have never done anything to you or met you in my life. ”

Democrats excluded voters who were as acceptable to them as skunks at a garden party: older people, patriots, blue collars, veterans, and the religious. Will they be able to get them back? It's vague.

The former evangelical warned of “dangerous and false teachings that threaten the Gospel.”

I doubt if I'll get them back. Ex-Democrats who took advantage of these issues faced evangelical zeal that may have misrepresented the gospel from the grace of God. Perhaps they should have listened more respectfully. That doesn't mean you have to wear stained contacts, but there are patriots who share your religious beliefs.

Listen, there are a lot of issues that favor religion. For example, clergy have the lowest divorce rate in the country.

It's certainly just New York, kids, maybe just New York.
