A video of a suspected drunk driver leading police on a chase through a crowded parking lot in Texas has gone viral. The video shows the woman evading police with a drink in her hand and crashing into another car. In the end, the woman is arrested while smiling and joking.

The police pursuit began in Comal County, continued on a highway and ended at a shopping plaza in Bexar County, authorities said. A viral video taken by freelance photographer Alec Dyer shows Schneider driving erratically in a parking lot and crashing into other vehicles, including a police car.

Schneider was charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol, assaulting a peace officer, evading arrest in a vehicle, and two counts of aggravated assault on a public servant.
According to KSATThis was not Schneider's first incident involving driving and alcohol.
Schneider was charged in 2017 with obstructing a highway while intoxicated, the station reported.
The charges were dismissed after she was granted deferred adjudication, records show.
