Country star Darryl Worley’s 16-year-old daughter airlifted to hospital after head-on car crash in Nashville

Country star Darryl Walley's 16-year-old daughter Savannah was injured in a car accident in Nashville and was flown to the hospital.

On Sunday, Wally, 60, shared news of the Savannah crash on Facebook and asked fans to pray for everyone involved in the two-vehicle collision.

“I respectfully come to you all with a very serious request! I am returning to Nashville from a show in New Mexico! I received a call from Kimberly informing me that Savannah had been in a terrible accident and was at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. I was told I was being rushed to the center!'' the “I Miss My Friend'' hitmaker wrote, referring to his wife, Kimberly Lee Perkins.

He continued, “She has a broken leg and bruises and lacerations. Please pray for her and pray for me to go home to be with my baby girl and Kimberly. Please! I pray for the soul of the woman in the other car!”

“I don't know the details of the accident, but please just pray!!” Thank you! ” added Wally.

In his post, Wally posted a photo of himself with Savannah and two images of the red and white car involved in the accident.

The car was severely damaged in what appeared to be a head-on collision.

The hoods and bumpers of both cars were crushed, and parts of wheels and other debris, including the red car's left wheel rim, were scattered on the ground.

On Tuesday, Woolley shared an update on Savannah's condition by sharing a photo of her daughter smiling as she lay in a hospital bed with a tube in her arm connected to a machine.

“It may be raining today, but my sun is waking up with a little smile on her face!!” Wally wrote in a Facebook post.

“It’s been a tough few days, but we know God is in control of all of this and is protecting Savannah!!

“I don't know when she'll be home, but today looks so much better than yesterday and the day before!!” he concluded by adding the hashtags #mygirl #mybaby #sweetlucy #savannah #praiseJesus.

A Nashville Police Department spokesperson told Fox News Digital that she did not have further information regarding the accident.

A representative for Mr. Walley did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Wally shares Savannah with Kimberly, whom he married in December 2007.

The singer was married to Beverly Irwin from May 2001 to July 2006.

The drivers of the other vehicles involved in the accident have not been released.

But the driver's daughter Alison said: DailyMail.com It is said that her mother was driving the red car in Wally's photo.

She said her mother was on her way to work at the time of the accident and is currently hospitalized in serious but stable condition.

“Her condition is stable and alert. She required several surgeries. She was also airlifted,” Alison said.

“She's in an absolute nightmare right now with everything blowing up.”

“It was just an accident,” Alison added.

“I've been in contact with Savannah's family. We have a relationship eventually. I've been in contact with her mother.”

“The family is very grateful for the prayers on both sides,” she said.

“It's going to be a long journey.”

On November 16, Wally performed at a show at Inn of the Mountain Gods in Mescalero, New Mexico, and then flew home to be by her daughter's side after learning of her accident.

Over the past year, Wally's family has experienced a series of difficult events.

A barn on the Wally family's property burned down in January, according to Taste of Country.

However, the animals in the family's barn escaped the fire unharmed.

In August, Kimberly broke her arm in a rear-end car accident and underwent surgery.

Wally began his country music career in 1999 and released his debut album “Hard Rain Don't Last” the following year.

Wally, a Memphis native, released “I Miss My Friend” in 2002, and the album's title track became Wally's first single to reach number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Ta.
