Host Jose Díaz Balart asked, “What have you learned from past elections?” What did you do — what did you take away from the election after seeing the results of what happened?”
Barragan replied: “I think first of all, we need to go across the country, to every community. We need to listen to people. We need to engage, not just during election periods. It also helps people feel heard. We've heard a lot about how costs are high and people don't feel like the economy is doing well, so even though the economy has the lowest unemployment rate, we're still seeing growth in the stock market. I think if people don't feel that in their wallets, that's reflected. [in] what we have seen. ”
