Conservative watchdog releases ‘toolkit’ to help parents file complaints with the Education Department

First appearance on Fox: conservative watchdog groups; America First Legal (AFL) on Thursday said it would help parents protect their children from what it described as a “woke leftist teaching in K-12 schools, colleges and universities.” We have started a new initiative to achieve this goal.

“For the past four years, public schools have indoctrinated our children with radically racist, anti-Semitic and transgender ideology,” AFL senior adviser Ian Prior said in a statement. “Because these schools are in clear violation of civil rights laws, the Biden administration has worked together to federalize that illegality, as the incoming administration has vowed to crack down on woke schools that abuse federal funds. “This measure will end in 2025” is to carry out an insane ideology that harms children. ”

Newly launched 'Parental Rights Toolkit' provides resources and guidance for families seeking to challenge policies they believe are discriminatory or harmful, including on race and gender issues, AFL says in a news release mentioned in.

The Supreme Court's affirmative action ruling last year banning racial preference in college admissions has led to further criticism of workplace DEI efforts.

This toolkit helps parents file complaints with the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights to address potential violations of civil rights protections under Title IX, Title VI, and the Pupil Rights Protection Amendment (PPRA). We provide template letters to help you.

The AFL, founded by Stephen Miller and other former Trump administration officials, intends the toolkit to also serve as a roadmap for the incoming Trump administration's actions.

“AFL's toolkit was created to help parents raise their voices for civil rights,” an AFL news release said. “Now is the time for them to act. These claims will provide the incoming Trump administration with an important roadmap to ending woke indoctrination and discrimination in our schools and universities.”

Rep. Jasmine Crockett went on a rant about “white men” while debating a bill that would remove DEI policies from the federal government.

She concluded her remarks by asserting: a more diverse workforce You are more likely to outperform your competitors. ”

“Diversity works and until we are shown the data that it doesn’t, we must listen to the experts, step outside our own emotions, and realize that racism is real in this country.” I think we need to go back to a country that re-realizes that we are not going to solve the problems that we face all the time, and that we are going to be more perfect. It will bring you the real bond that you seek when you are looking for a bond,” she said.
