Authorities have arrested three illegal immigrants in Massachusetts on suspicion of horrific crimes against children.
In a press release Wednesday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Boston said: shared FOX News reported the details of the three incidents.
Two of the suspects were charged with forcibly raping a child in Massachusetts, and a third man was convicted of raping a child in Brazil.

“All of these arrests were made in Massachusetts, where Governor Maura Healey recently stated that Massachusetts will not cooperate with the incoming Trump administration's federal immigration crackdown,” Melgin wrote.
According to ICE, the first suspect is Mainor Stibén de Pazmuñoz, 21, from Guatemala. Paid Nov. 12 in Great Barrington: rape of a child by force, rape of a child, indecent assault and battery on a minor.
Mr. de Pazmuñoz entered the United States on September 24, 2020, near Eagle Pass, Texas, without permission from an immigration official. He was released by the U.S. Border Patrol with a notice to appear before a judge in the Department of Justice's Immigration Review Service.
Great Barrington Police arrested De Pasmuñoz on February 29, 2024, on charges of rape of a child by force, rape of a child, and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years of age or older. ICE detainees were ignored, and de Pasmuñoz was released on bail before Boston ERO officers responded to his custody. An ICE official also said: arrested Billy Ernie Buitrago-Bustos, 42, photographed in Pittsfield on November 15th. The Colombian is charged with rape of a child by force, statutory rape, and aggravated rape of a minor.
He was allowed to enter the United States at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport in May 2016, but did not depart in accordance with the terms of his visa, ICE said.
The Great Barrington Police Department arrested Buitrago-Bustos on October 8, 2023, on charges of forcible rape, statutory rape, and aggravated rape of a child. ERO Boston filed an immigration detainer with the Great Barrington Police Department upon Buitrago Bustos' arrest. On October 12, 2023, the Southern Berkshire District Court arraigned Buitrago-Bustos on the charges and ordered Buitrago-Bustos held without bail. Those charges were transferred to Berkshire County Superior Court on March 18.
The Berkshire County Jail and Pittsfield House of Correction released Mr. Buitrago-Bustos into the custody of ERO Boston on November 15 after posting bail out of respect for immigration detainees. ERO Boston issued a notice to Buitrago Bustos to appear before a judge in the Department of Justice's Immigration Review Division. Buitrago-Bastos remains in ERO custody.
ice identified The third suspect, Brazilian fugitive Alexandre Romao de Oliveira, 41, was arrested in Methuen on Monday. While still in Brazil, he was convicted of raping a child.
At the time of his conviction in 2022, he was sentenced to 14 years in prison. However, he fled the country before serving his sentence.
