UFC fighter Feng Xiaocan hospitalized after brutal knockout

UFC fighter Feng Xiaokang was violently knocked out and carried out of the ring on a stretcher at UFC Fight Night in Macau on Saturday.

Xiaokang was hit in the head by Shi Ming's powerful leg kick in the third round of their women's strawweight bout.

After the kick, Ming fell to the ground and threw several punches before the referee jumped in to stop the fight.

According to pregame odds published in Sports IllustratedXiocan was a -425 favorite while Ming was a +330 underdog.

After the match, Ming became emotional during an in-ring interview with former UFC fighter Michael Bisping.

MMA site Sherdog then provided a positive update.

“According to the broadcast: Xiaokang Feng was taken to the hospital and was able to move his arm.
