Montana Sen.-elect Tim Sheehy (R) said President-elect Donald Trump's Cabinet appointments are “disrupting” the establishment and represent all sides of ideology. Breitbart News Saturday.
Sheehy, a Navy SEAL veteran who defeated incumbent Democrat Jon Tester (D-Mont.), said he is “thrilled” by Trump's choice and hopes the Senate confirms it. He reminded the audience that he had an “important role” to play.
“So, listen, these people have to go through a process. I'm excited for all of them, but we still have to put them through a process,” he said. said, emphasizing the need for speed.
“We have to hurry. We can't let this situation drag out for two, three, four years. You know, we can't let Democratic resistance delay filling these positions. So of course we… “We need to talk to them and see if they are ready to put in the work,” he said, praising some of the choices.
“It's important that they have our full support. Listen, we have to do the work too. …But overall, I feel incredibly grateful to these people. I’m excited,” he said. “We have to get them in the seats as quickly as possible so they can get to work.”
Sheehy emphasized that lawmakers are working with a clear mandate from the American people.
“Again, we have a mission. America has been spoken for. And unfortunately, as you know, right now our constitutional republic is filled with bureaucrats who are not accountable enough to make the laws.” has been distorted in many ways to give too much power to these administrative bodies. …We have to get that under control. And from a bureaucracy perspective, the most urgent challenge we have is getting these people back so that we can get these institutions working again. “It’s about placing,” he said.

Sheehy addressed criticism from the left of the Trump administration's cabinet choices, noting that those critics are complete hypocrites given some of the Biden administration's absurd choices.
“I’m tired of hearing from Democrats and the media that transgender people say these people are crazy, that they’re conspiracy theorists, that they don’t deserve it. ,” he said, referring to Rachel Levine.
“You know, the transvestite thief who runs the nuclear waste and energy portfolio,” he said, referring to Sam Brinton.
“Some of the people they put into these jobs were completely unqualified. So when they look back and say we have a pool of incredibly qualified candidates. It's really funny to throw stones at people. They are smart people and they destroy the system. Because we need disruption,” Sheehy said, adding that these selections, from Tulsi Gabbard to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., “represent all sides of ideology. ” he pointed out. ”
“And one of the things I like about this list of ministerial nominees. One is, you know, we don't represent a single ideology. We don't have a bunch of neoconservatives. We don't have a lot of right-wing or left-wing groups. We have a really wide range of people. And I think this really shows the wisdom of what Susie Wiles and President Trump are doing. Please, we need all kinds of tools to solve the very serious problems we have: manage the budget, control inflation, secure our borders, and solve our foreign policy crisis. “We need all kinds of people to do that, and we're going to look everywhere to find people who can help solve these problems,” he said.
“And I'm excited about it. So I think the picks are great. I'm looking forward to checking them out and servicing them and getting the work done,” Sheehy added.
