Comedian Dana Carvey performed an impersonation of billionaire Elon Musk on a recent episode of Friday's “Saturday Night Live” podcast.
“I'm not very good at Elon Musk,” Carvey told David Spade on the show. recent episodes on their podcast Superfly.
“But I can do something that's like nothing. He's got an incredible accent — South Africa, through Canada, through Pennsylvania. Like, a little Australian in there. , it's like there's a little bit of British in it, but he's not quite that,” added Carvey.
Carvey impersonated Musk on an episode of SNL earlier this month, but received backlash from Musk, who slammed SNL. post on social platform X.
“SNL has been in gradual decline for years. It has become increasingly out of touch with reality,” Musk wrote in a Nov. 10 post after SNL aired. On the show, the cast jokingly appealed to President-elect Trump in response to his election victory.
Carvey, who won an Emmy Award for appearing on the show from 1986 to 1993, is scheduled to return to SNL in December. He previously rose to fame on SNL, where he impersonated President Biden and former President George H.W. Bush.
