An irate airline passenger was caught on video throwing a series of punches at airport staff over an apparent dispute over late check-in.
Viral News reports that the video was taken on November 10 and shows an irate passenger punching an employee from behind in front of the check-in counter at Terminal 1 at Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). is reflected.
The staff member can be seen ducking to fend off the attack before turning and confronting the irate passenger, who was wearing a green top and army green trousers.

But then the passenger struck the worker with a vicious left hook, knocking the helpless worker backwards and shocking onlookers.
Security personnel then intervened to separate the two, and a verbal battle ensued between the two before they were removed from the area, according to the report.
KLIA District Police Chief Deputy Commissioner Azman Shariat said in a statement that the fight arose out of a difference of opinion.

“The incident led to a fight between the two people due to delays in the registration process for the plane,” the police chief said, according to The Star. “Then a fight broke out and the worker sustained minor injuries.”
As of November 16, no arrests had been made, The Star reported.
An unruly air traveler was taken into custody on an American Airlines flight from Milwaukee to Texas last week after allegedly injuring a flight attendant and causing a disturbance.
