Judge tears into parolee bank robber who choked 81-year-old woman during $205 NYC heist

A federal judge on Tuesday threw a book at a man who threatened to choke and kill an 81-year-old woman after a serial bank robber who was already on parole in a “disturbing” robbery in Queens.
