Piers Morgan Slams ‘Relentless Onslaught’ Against Pete Hegseth: ‘Getting Pathetic’

British media personality Piers Morgan has condemned the “relentless onslaught” against defense secretary candidate Pete Hegseth as “pathetic”.

“This relentless attack on @PeteHegseth is becoming pathetic. I've done @foxandfriends with him many times and I know Pete is completely professional on camera and polite off camera. All I knew was that he was a right, nice guy,” Morgan said.

Mr Morgan's defense of Mr Hegseth comes amid a series of hit corporate media attacks on his character based on unconfirmed and anonymous allegations dating back a decade.
