Joe Burrow reveals Batmobile purchase on ‘Hard Knocks’

Joe Burrow revealed that he purchased the Batmobile during a conversation with teammates Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins on the first episode of “Hard Knocks: A Season with the AFC North.”

The conversation about Batman's car took place early in the HBO show's premiere episode, when the Bengals quarterback was talking to two receivers during practice.

“Did you tell me you bought the Batmobile?” Barrow said to Higgins at that moment. At that moment, the recipient asked if he had delivered it yet.

“It wasn't available for about a year, but I bought it,” Barrow said in response to a question.

Chase also joined in the conversation, suggesting that he needs to do his best as “Batman, who has been wronged and is avenging himself.”

“I think I need to go all out and buy something like an expensive Batsuit, yes,” Barrow exclaimed.

The trio later joked that the club might be the perfect place to break out the Batmobile and Batsuit.

“I’ll wear that bitch to the club,” Higgins said.

Chase followed up on this comment, pointing out that Higgins would “get lost there” and that “it would be very dark up there.”

Barrow then joked that Higgins used the cape of his Batman suit as a dance accessory in clubs, which Higgins himself imitated.

The practice took place before the Bengals lost their AFC North game to the Steelers on Sunday.
