YouTube removed the page for a group affiliated with the House Freedom Caucus on Monday without warning.

The page served as a repository for ads approved to run on TV and, ironically, on YouTube, where the group spent millions during the 2024 election period. A group's YouTube page is a valuable tool for promoting itself and its members to donors and the public.
“This is not the first time Marc Elias and the Democratic slime machine have tried to muzzle and remove House Freedom Action ads from television, radio stations, and social media,” said Alison, HFA political director. Weisenberger told Breitbart. “During this fall's election, HFA's ads were so effective and vicious in exposing left-wing Democratic candidates that Elias sent threatening letters to television stations asking them to remove our ads.”His Censorship was not successful. ”
The page's private profile says:[y]According to screenshots first obtained by Breitbart News, our channel “House Freedom Action” did not follow our policies regarding spam, deception, and fraud. “We removed it to protect our community.”
When the private user clicked the option to start reviewing the issue, another message appeared:[w]According to another screenshot, it will help you understand what was the problem and how you can solve it. “First, find out why your channel was removed. Once you have had a chance to review it, you can decide whether to appeal.”
YouTube, which is owned by tech giant Google, did not provide further details beyond a vague claim that the group's videos contain “spam, deceptive practices, and fraud.”

“The fact is, every word in our ad is true,” Weisenberger told Breitbart. “The truth hurts. YouTube happily accepted HFA funding in the fall, but caved to Elias' muzzling campaign by removing our accounts from the platform.”
“America elected Donald Trump. It's time to stop the madness,” she continued. “The left is frustrated and hysterical. As President Trump and the House Freedom Caucus work day and night to take our country back and make America great again, we expect more of this absurdity.” I expect that.”
House Freedom Action is a super PAC affiliated with the House Freedom Caucus, which includes many of the most conservative members of the House of Representatives.
