The U.S. Supreme Court will soon decide whether red states have the right to ban medical child abuse. I'm talking, of course, about the transgender lobby's horrible euphemism for “gender-affirming care.”
The court is hearing oral arguments Wednesday morning in United States v. Scumetti, a case brought by the Biden administration that challenges Tennessee's ban on puberty blockers and hormone therapy for minors. Tennessee is not alone in targeting this medical abuse, although the state imposes civil penalties on doctors who violate the law. Ordinary people believe that children should wait until adulthood to make such life-altering decisions, but the lunatics on the radical left who increasingly make decisions in the medical industry say otherwise. And what if they decided to change their minds as adults? Good luck getting help from your doctor who believes the lie that “changing” your “gender” will solve all your problems.
