Since 1997, Taylor University Trojan Horse Created an official Christmas celebration that became known as “Silent Night.”

a tradition meant to celebrate holiday season And at the end of the semester, there's usually a packed basketball game, where fans dress up in costumes and remain completely silent until Taylor scores his 10th point of the game.

Fans then broke the silence and stormed the court at Odle Arena.
Friday was the annual game, this time against Moody Bible Society. And fans did not have to remain silent for long.
Just 90 seconds into the game, junior Nate Perlberg burst through the free down court and dunked the ball to give the Trojans their 10th point. Fans flooded the courtroom Media timeouts are always called to celebrate in unison and avoid technical issues.

The tradition continued in the final minutes of the game, when the crowd linked arms and began singing “Silent Night.”
Taylor won 107 wins and 59 losses, improving his overall Silent Night record to 26 wins and 1 loss.
