Penn State player pukes on field during Big Ten championship game

Despite Penn State's loss in the Big Ten championship game, there's no doubt that one of them left it all on the field.

Nittany Lions forward Kobe King appeared to have a nervous reaction to betting on the game, and was spotted vomiting on the field during the viral moment.

It's also possible that the tension compounded for No. 41 King during a 10-play, 75-yard drive that took just over four minutes.

The redshirt junior linebacker gave it his all during the first quarter when Penn State was leading 7-3, just before the Ducks scored the first goal.

After taking the snap at the Nittany Lions' 2-yard line, quarterback Dillon Gabriel completed a pass to Kenyon Sadiq for a 2-yard touchdown, giving the Ducks a 14-3 lead.

Oregon State continued to lead, winning 45-37 and clinching the No. 1 overall seed in the College Football Playoff.

King played the remainder of the game, recording 10 total tackles, including six solo tackles and one tackle for loss.

Penn State has had King as a key leader on defense this season.

He totaled 62 tackles, ranking second on the team, and also had three sacks, ranking third on the team's defensive unit.

The Nittany Lions had an 11-2 season and earned the No. 6 seed in the College Football Playoff.

They are scheduled for a first-round matchup against SMU, which defeated Alabama to earn the final at-large spot.
