Katie Holmes has “enough is enough” to criticize her daughter Suri over her alleged inheritance of millions of dollars from a trust fund set up by her father, Tom Cruise.
Holmes, 45, denied reports that Suri, who celebrated her 18th birthday in April, recently became a self-made millionaire by managing trust funds.
The “Dawson's Creek” actress wrote that a screenshot of the article, which was shared with her nearly 3 million followers on social media, was “completely false.”

“If you text me every day, you can stop making things up.”Holmes Followed on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Enough is enough.”
The image hints that Holmes had set aside a specified amount for his daughter, in addition to the funds her father had allegedly saved.

One of Holmes' followers left a comment on her post criticizing her for complaining about this while others are struggling financially. The person wrote, “I wish this was my problem.”
“I don't disagree with that opinion, but in today's world you don't want to put a target on your child's back. It's dangerous,” Holmes wrote in her own comment.
Holmes' representatives had no additional comment to provide to Fox News Digital.

The Mission: Impossible star married Holmes in Italy in 2006 and welcomed Suri into the world soon after.
Nearly six years later, in 2012, Holmes and Cruise divorced. Holmes said: Charm of April 2023 Suri's overly publicized childhood has influenced the way she raises her daughter today.

“What was really important to me about my daughter is that she stood out from an early age and I really wanted to protect her,” Holmes said.

He added: “I'm so grateful to be a parent, to be her parent. She's an amazing person.”

Earlier this year, Ms Holmes gave a rare insight into her life as a mother, admitting she was looking forward to seeing how her daughter's first year of university turned out.

In 2022, Suri followed in the footsteps of her famous family and made her screen debut in the film Alone Together, which was written and directed by Holmes.
